I recorded this style for my Loc Style Series for Short/Medium Locs yet, but I plan to re-record it. (I loaned a half of my camera setup to Batman for a science project. The only other angle I was able to achieve for recording didn't do the style justice, and the top of my head was out of frame)
I am naming this style Amelia- she is as humble as she is breathtakingly gorgeous.
I have been playing with the new hair candy I purchased and am challenging myself to create at least 2 more formal/bridal/prom styles with my locs.
And in case you are wondering. The nine (9) locs from my nape that were re-established didn't survive their first shampoo- slippage is REAL LOL! This is typical for my nape hair which can be most closely categorized as 3b hair. So what you see in the pictures are a few corn rows I added to give a bit more neatness to the look. If I leave that hair loose- I will end up going to a barber and cutting it off, thus restarting the "cut off, grow out, re-establish locs, locs slip out" cycle.
What do you think of this style? I am attending a wedding in November, and this is one my front-runner options right now.
