I CUT my Sisterlocks!

Don't faint! LOL! I cut 3 locs from my nape area that are the epitome of slippage. Despite my nape area being fairly long, my hair is soft and loosely curled. The hairs/locs that I snipped are hairs that normally slip out of braids or twists and just do their own thing.

I go for my 2nd retie tomorrow and I will let my consultant know I snipped them if she asks/notices. Can you tell? I cannot. I circled and zoomed in on the areas.

And yes, Superman and I talked about my intent to snip prior to me picking up my shears.

Say Hello to my Little Friends! My Sisterlocks are Established!

I will give an imaginary gold star to the first person to correctly identify that movie quote! Random, I've never even seen the actual movie, but that's pop culture for you LOL! I digress... Exercise Friendly Style- Loc Hawk

Yesterday's post retie style just felt too "poofy" so I separated the ponytail into two to ...wait, that was confusing to type...into, two, to...REWIND! I split the ponytail and made two stacked ponytails. What do you think?
